Thanks again! Still getting great responses. I had one person ring me personally to thank me. Almost a re-run of your testimonials!! I sent one of our landlords a card because he's very hands on and has done a lot of work over the winter fixing leaks etc. He came in this morning and presented us with some money towards our staff Xmas party.
